A: You don't need to buy any fancy equipment! I bring all the necessary tools for an effective and diverse workout, including resistance bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, and more. If you already have some equipment you'd like to use, we can absolutely incorporate it into your sessions.
Q: How long are the in-home training sessions?
A: Each in-home personal training session typically lasts 60 minutes. This allows ample time for warm-up, a comprehensive main workout, cool-down, and any specific movement or nutrition discussions.

Q: What are your prices for in-home personal training? A: My session-based pricing is as follows:
Single Session: $100
5-Session Package: $90 per session ($450 total)
10-Session Package: $85 per session ($850 total)
20-Session Package: $75 per session ($1500 total)
Introductory Offer: New clients can get their first 3 sessions for a total of just $75! This is a fantastic way to experience personalized coaching without a long-term commitment upfront.

A: I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) since 2013, a NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS), and a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES).
