As a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Corrective Exercise Specialist, I possess advanced knowledge in identifying and addressing muscular imbalances, movement dysfunctions, and postural deviations that can hinder your progress or contribute to discomfort. My specialization allows me to create highly targeted exercise programs designed to improve your movement quality, enhance performance, and help reduce the risk of future injury.

It's important to understand: While I am expertly trained in corrective exercise strategies, I am not a licensed Physical Therapist. Physical therapists diagnose and treat medical conditions, injuries, and illnesses. My role is to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and optimal fitness, working proactively to enhance your body's natural movement capabilities and build resilience. If you have an acute injury, pain, or a diagnosed medical condition, I will always recommend consulting with a qualified medical professional before we begin our work together. I am happy to collaborate with your healthcare team to ensure a comprehensive and safe approach to your fitness.
